The ugly ones!!

 Just talked to Kristrún, marketing- and pr-boss at the theatre, about this blog, and that I felt ready to start it. But when sitting here it is not that easy as a thought. Write anything she said, anything that pop up in your mind. I dont know if i will do it good.. but i will try:)

There have been so many thoughts about smidaverkstaedinn, and what to do there. The theater had this consept of three productions in one setting, that i was kind of thrown into.... and now we suddenly are starting the last one. For me it feels a little bit like pieces are slowly coming together with this third production; the theatrebar have opened, and things, even if they are small, are happening at Smidaverkstaedinn after the shows, and the thought about a young stage is also getting there when the "ugly ones" (Sá Ljóti) is now taking it over!
And i have to say that i have kept this last one, Sá Ljóti, as my privat favorite. The script is amasingly good, there is so much in it, sureal, but so real, and alot of emptyness.
But also that these young, enthusiastic, creative actors and director are coming in with their ideas, their thoughts about what theatre is and should be about! I like it!
